Fourth Annual Babes and Magnets
Fourth of July Ride
July 4, 2003

Quite a group.  We had to go through many check points, drinking from our water bottles, unzipping any containers we had on our bikes or backs and change route plans several times but we managed once again to go down the parade route right before the parade started.  We did a lot of waving.  I have never seen so many police.  They were standing about three feet apart the whole parade route.  They also had metro buses blocking streets as well as police cars.
