ARLINGTON/NORTHERN VA
Revolution Cycles and Freshbikes (formerly Conte’s) are two local bike shops that offer a weekly, monthly, and seasonal rides. These group rides vary in mileage and distance to appeal to cyclists of different levels of experience. Check out their respective websites for more information.
Revolution Cycles
Revolution Cycles has weekly rides, and plenty of special events that are announced through the City Hub. Read on to find out what you can expect at each Revolution Cycles Group Ride!
All Revolution Cycles group rides require riders to wear a helmet, complete a ride waiver form, and are weather permitting.
Revolution Cycles group rides have a no-drop policy, which means that all riders will be led back to the starting point. Riders who are not yet comfortable operating their bikes, riding in traffic, or riding in large groups are encouraged to alert the ride leaders. We are happy to teach new riders and for the safety of the group, we ask that you let us know if you are new to the sport. The Prince William Park ride is an excellent opportunity to learn how to use a new bicycle, adjust fit and enjoy a stress-free course away from cars.
